We are committed to creating an environment that is fun, safe, and engaging.




As focused as we are on creating a fun social outlet for our members, we do have some necessary Rules and Regulations for the efficient management of the organization. It is the intention of the Club to limit these Rules and Regulations to the minimum required for the mutual enjoyment of the Club by its Members and their Guests. The obligation of enforcing these Rules and Regulations for the good of all Members is placed primarily in the hands of the Board of Directors. Their principal responsibility is to assure you of all the courtesies, comforts, and service to which you, as a Member of a fine club, are entitled. It is furthermore the duty of the Membership of the club to know these Rules and Regulations and to cooperate with the Club leadership in their enforcement.
Members
Nashville Urban Porsche Club has arranged a set of club by-laws that are quite detailed and extensive. And while we address in-depth policies and procedures on how we run and operate all aspects of the club, the following rules sum them up.
- Members must show respect to other members, other car clubs and the community.
- Members shall practice safe driving habits and abide by the local alcoholic beverage consumption laws.
- Members will act in a mature, adult manner when representing the Club
- Members should not discuss club business with non-members at any time
- No physical or verbal fighting with your fellow members or outsiders during club meetings or events. Should a problem arise, please inform Board of Directors so the situation can be corrected in a timely manner
- Each member will accept any and all liability for personal safety and or property damage at Club attended/sponsored events.
- A member should not and will not put themselves above another. Your ego will in no way help the club and what it stands for
- Members must have a Valid Drivers License
- Member vehicles must be legally registered, fully insured, and in good running condition.
- Annual Memberships are for a full calendar year.
As with any organization, we are constantly growing and evolving. This means that our Rules and Requirements will too. All of our club Rules and Requirements are subject to change without advanced notice to the membership. Lastly, all decisions made by the Leadership Committee are FINAL.
